The sample of the study comprises (40) male and female principles who were non-randomly selected from some government schools in Al-Wazizyah and Al-Qahira districts of Taiz governorate-Yemen. The study used the quasi-experimental method being suitable for achieving the study objectives, and two inventory instruments were used for data collection. These are: (achievement test and work motivation scale). The collected data was processed using Means, Standard Deviations, relative weight, t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The study findings identify a list of ICT tools that can be used in education in emergency situations and (50.8%) of these tools are available in the Yemeni environment, while the results show that the degree of participation of the research sample in some ICT programs was only (44%). The results also show that there is statistically significant relationship between ICT training, and the general level of both achievement and motivation to work among the emergency research sample.
