Abstract



      This study aims to identify the reality of administrative processes (planning, organizing, directing, and controlling) in achieving the quality of distance education in secondary schools in Riyadh and the requirements for administrative re-engineering (organizational, human, and material) in achieving the quality in distance education in secondary schools in Riyadh. The study used the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire as a data collecting tool. The study was applied to a sample of (495) female leaders and teachers in secondary schools in Riyadh.


      The Research members agree with a large degree on the reality of the administrative process in distance education. The highest degree is presented in directing dimension, while the lowest is the planning dimension with a moderate degree and The importance of administrative re-engineering requirements(organizational, human, and material) in achieving quality of distance education came with very large approvals.
