Abstract
This study aimed to identify leaders’ point of view of the role of the College of Education at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University in supporting female students’ initiatives in the fields of social relations, community service, and education. In addition to determine the extent of the interest of the College of Education at Princess Nourah bint Abdalrahman University in shaping the personality of female proactive students. Furthermore, presenting a proposed conceptual framework that supports the role of the College of Education at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in supporting female students’ initiatives in the areas of social relations, community service, and education. The researcher used the qualitative research method according to the method of rooted theory, adopting oral interviews, where (25) female leaders were interviewed in the College of Education. The researcher reached an intellectual framework to activate the role of the College of Education at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University in supporting female students’ initiatives, aiming at the Islamic rooting in these initiatives. So that students realize that their participation in these initiatives, whether in the university or in the community is a necessity and a moral value that must be taken care of. Also, to provide practical and procedural steps that enhance the role of the College of Education at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in preparing proactive students, whether at the university or in the community.
